The binding terms and conditions for cleaning services.

§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services of Kleaners.de - Anton Ivanov ("Kleaners" or "we") in the field of cleaning services. By booking our services, you accept these terms as binding.
Hybrid business model: Kleaners provides cleaning services through its own employees or qualified subcontractors. Kleaners is liable under §278 BGB for all services regardless of the personnel performing them.

§ 3 Services
Kleaners offers professional cleaning services for private and business customers, including:
- Apartment cleaning (deep cleaning, maintenance cleaning)
- Office cleaning and business premises
- Window cleaning
- Garden cleaning
- Health and safety cleaning
- Specialist cleaning by agreement
Service delivery: Kleaners provides cleaning services through its own employees or qualified subcontractors. Kleaners is liable under §278 BGB for all services regardless of the personnel performing them.
§ 3a Subcontractors and Service Providers
Definition: Subcontractors are qualified, independent service providers who provide cleaning services on behalf of Kleaners.
Qualification requirements:
- Valid liability insurance (at least 2,000,000 EUR)
- Extended certificate of good conduct without entries
- Demonstrable experience in the cleaning industry
- GDPR-compliant data processing agreements
- Written confidentiality agreement
Data protection: Subcontractors are obliged to comply with the GDPR and may only use customer data for service delivery. Disclosure to third parties is prohibited.
Quality control: Kleaners monitors service delivery by subcontractors and carries out regular quality checks.
Liability: Kleaners is liable under §278 BGB for fault of subcontractors as for its own fault. Liability is not excluded or limited.
§ 4 Contract Formation
The contract is formed by booking through our online platform. A binding contract is created when the order is submitted and the selected payment method is confirmed. Divergent customer conditions apply only if we expressly acknowledge them in writing.
Card payment: When selecting "Card" as payment method, our payment service provider Stripe performs a pre-authorization for the estimated invoice amount to confirm the card's chargeability. The actual charge occurs at the latest 24 hours after service delivery.
Cash payment: This option requires separate approval from our customer service. In addition, a deposit of 30.00 EUR must be paid at the latest 48 hours before the appointment via advance payment to the cleaner, PayPal or bank transfer. If payment is not received on time, the appointment is automatically removed from the system and must be rescheduled through customer service.
PayPal: Payments via PayPal are automatically processed according to PayPal's business conditions.

§ 5 Prices and Payment
§ 5.1 Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are credit/debit card, SEPA, SOFORT (each via Stripe), PayPal (business conditions) and cash payment after prior individual approval by customer service.
§ 5.2 Card Payment (Stripe)
For card payment, Stripe performs a pre-authorization for the estimated invoice amount. The charge occurs after service delivery, at the latest within 24 hours. By selecting card payment you agree to this process.
§ 5.3 Cash Payment with Deposit
Cash payment requires our express confirmation. In addition, a deposit of 30.00 EUR must be paid at the latest 48 hours before the appointment via advance payment to the cleaner, PayPal or bank transfer. If the deposit is not received on time, the appointment is automatically cancelled and must be rescheduled.
§ 5.4 PayPal
Payments via PayPal are automatically processed according to PayPal's terms and conditions. The authorization and charging rules deposited there apply.
§ 5.5 VAT
All prices are in Euro and include the statutory VAT of 19%.
§ 5a Cancellation Conditions
Free Cancellation
48+ hours before appointment: Full refund of any deposit (if applicable) within 5-7 business days. No cancellation fees.
Partial Cancellation
24-48 hours before appointment: 25% of the total price will be charged. Any deposit paid will be credited and not refunded separately.
Short-term Cancellation
Less than 24 hours: 50% of the total price will be charged. Any deposit paid will be credited and not refunded separately.
No-Show
Any deposit paid is forfeited in full. Additional fee of 30.00 EUR possible. New deposit required for future bookings.
